• All orders within Peninsular Malaysia,Sabah and Sarawak are shipped by using Pos Laju.

• All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel.

• NO REFUND or EXCHANGED are not allowed unless the item is defective.If you receive a defective item,please contact us at 010-9302192 with the details of the product and the defect.

• Delivery will be made by Pos Laju

• All delivery will be supplied with the tracking number.

SHIPPING COST

• Minimum shipping cost is RM 8 (Peninsular) & RM 12 (Sabah/Sarawak)

• However,the cost are depends on the weight of ordered item and delivery location which will be automatically calculated and showed at the end of the order process

DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER

• We usually ship within 2 - 3 working days after confirmation of the payment.

• Please take note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking number appears in Pos Laju tracking system .
